F-6 in Pakistan Air Force Service

F-6 also endearingly known as "chakkaa" (SIX, cricket terminology) in the Pakistan Air Force, served the PAF from 1966 to 2002. In the process hundreds of PAF pilots cut their teeth on this aircraft, and grew to love it (mostly). The aircraft separated men from the boys, and represented the time when seat of the pants flying mattered and when a pilot could do better than the machine he was flying.
